A Creative Event Series for Photographers, Models, and Artists

MUSE

MUSE is a premier pop-up creative event series built to connect and elevate the creative community through collaboration, production-level environments, and curated editorial experiences. Founded by photographer and creative director Irelynd Williams, MUSE gives creatives of all levels access to fully produced sets, professional lighting, and opportunities to expand portfolios, networks, and creative vision.

ABOUT MUSE

MUSE was born from the belief that creativity thrives when barriers are removed. Since 2020, we’ve united hundreds of photographers, models, videographers, stylists, and industry professionals from across the Midwest and beyond to create meaningful work together. Each event is thoughtfully themed and produced at a high editorial standard, complete with custom set design, wardrobe partnerships, and brand activations that inspire and empower.

We exist to make high-level creative production more accessible. Many creatives face financial and logistical challenges that limit their opportunities. MUSE removes these barriers by handling all pre-production—from concept and theme development to set fabrication, installation, and event coordination—so attendees can focus on what matters most: creating, connecting, and growing.

  • "The modeling industry often felt like a world built for those who already have access. From personal experience, models tend to face high costs for portfolio development. Being someone who travels from out of town to do shoots, and not always getting the results I wanted or even having the resources to execute a vision properly, was so overwhelming when I first started. Many talented individuals are shut out before even getting the chance to start due to inaccessibility. Muse offered a space where all of the resources I needed to not only develop my portfolio, but also be able to connect with others and grow my confidence, were provided! Attending an event like this made all the difference in not only my career but how I saw myself as a model."

  • Yes. Sets are pre-built for event use. Attendees may create with them freely, provided respect for shared use.

  • Models are not pre-booked; attendees may arrange their own collaborations or meet models onsite who choose to attend.

  • Every attendee—including photographers, models, and creatives must have a ticket to attend.

  • Your ticket gives full access to the event, sets, installations, gear partners, wardrobe partners and venue for the duration.

MUSE provides an opportunity to create with large-scale concepts at a fraction of traditional production costs.

  • Come ready to connect, collaborate, and create. Photographers should bring gear ready to shoot, and models should prepare their looks ahead of time.

  • Photographers are responsible for obtaining model consent and any necessary release forms. MUSE encourages respectful, safe, and empowering environments for all creatives.
